• Certified Master Inspector with the American Institute of Inspectors
• Past Vice President of the American Institute of Inspectors
• California Licensed General Building Contractor License #839941
• Construction Experience since 1977 
• Trainer for Inspection Software for 3D Inspection Software
• California Certified HERS Rater for Title 24 Duct and Energy Verification

I am a member in the following National Home Inspection Associtations:

• American Institute of Inspectors

• National Association of Certified Home Inspectors

Expectations for your certified home inspection:

• Provide a thorough visual inspection of all the visible and accessible areas and components of the home.
• Provide a written report including all the reportable conditions of the home using both written narrative and digital photos as needed.
