What's Inspected During A Home Inspection

A complete Certified Visual Home Inspection will include the a narrative description, including photographs of the following:

• Extrior Structure, including siding, windows, doors, sidewalks, driveways, patios.
• Roof, including roof materials, gutters, chimneys, penetrations, flashings.
• Foundations, includes entering crawl spaces when present.
• Interior, includes observeable issues and conditions.
• Electrical, includes observeable wiring and electrical panels.
• Plumbing, includes all observeable components including water heaters.
• Heating and Cooling, includes observeable components and function.
• Attic, includes entering and recording observeable conditions.
• Garage, includes door systems and fire seperation.
